Adam McMullin

CEO

A proven leader in healthcare technology for more than 15 years, Adam McMullin previously served as CEO at FDS, Inc., a leading provider of pharmacy software solutions. Prior to that, he was CEO at Voalte, a provider of clinical communications technology for healthcare systems. Adam was also a senior executive at Hillrom, where he delivered innovative solutions to support clinical workflows and improve patient safety. He began his career at IBM, working in consulting, strategy, marketing and sales.

Kyle Pett

President and COO

With a tenure at AvaSure since 2011, Kyle has been a driving force in the company's substantial growth, significantly expanding its services and solutions. Kyle is dedicated to collaborating with health care systems and hospitals, overseeing the implementation of AvaSure's cutting-edge virtual care solutions. Prior to joining AvaSure, Kyle’s experience was at Optimal Solutions, Inc., with a background in network engineering, sales, and business operations.

Lisbeth Votruba

MSN, RN, Chief Clinical Officer

As a third-generation nurse, Lisbeth envisions revolutionizing inpatient care delivery through virtual technology. She is a pioneering nurse executive committed to continuously improving healthcare and diffusing new technologies to enhance patient and staff safety. Lisbeth is recognized for her compassionate leadership, promotion of the nursing profession, and commitment to safeguarding the dignity and quality of care for patients, families, and healthcare professionals. She published one of the first research articles on video monitoring for patient safety in 2016.

Toby Eadelman

Chief Technology Officer

Toby Eadelman is a prominent figure with over 10 years of leadership at AvaSure. Noteworthy for his contributions to the development of the first Bluetooth hands-free automotive system, he has also excelled in automotive product design, launch, and lean manufacturing. As a key player at AvaSure, Toby pioneered the first TeleSitter device, established the engineering and manufacturing organization, and led the innovation program.

Jacob Hansen

Chief Product Officer

Jacob Hasen joined AvaSure after serving as Vice President of product management at UK-based eClinical company CALYX. Jacob has extensive experience in developing product management maturity, instituting new product processes, and strategic analysis. He has managed product teams and products themselves across healthcare, including clinical workflow, patient throughput, care communication, population health services, and others.

Chris Kocsis

Chief People Officer

Chris leads AvaSure's human resources and learning divisions. She has more than 30 years of government and healthcare industry experience in leadership roles, most recently serving as chief talent & learning officer for TractManager. Her passion for people is demonstrated in all practice areas of human resources, executive strategy, business process engineering, change management, organizational readiness, end-user training, and compliance programs.

Joe Bush

Chief Legal Officer

As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Joe navigates complex legal landscapes, ensuring the company's adherence to commercial and federal contracts, intellectual property laws, data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations. After more than a decade in private practice, Joe’s experience spans across corporate structure, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Jan Mosholt

Vice President of Sales

Jan Mosholt has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry including 15 years at Hill-Rom focusing on clinical workflow solutions and safety programs, About Healthcare, and PerfectServe. Jan is responsible for business strategy and leads a vigorous team committed to patient and caregiver solutions that provide relief from the nursing workforce shortage, drive dramatic labor savings, and improve the overall patient experience.

Tom Fusee

Vice President of Commercial Operations

Tom Fusee is a seasoned sales professional with over 10 years of experience, currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Operations at AvaSure. In this role, he oversees sales operations, driving strategic plans and growth initiatives. Tom's career at AvaSure includes various sales and leadership positions, reflecting his proven track record, industry knowledge, and passion for virtual care solutions.

Paula Cobb, previously VP of Enterprise Marketing at Blackbaud, brings vast experience to AvaSure. With seasoned expertise, he excels in various domains, including operations, software implementations, project management, and cross-functional process improvement. Renowned for his strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence, Sean consistently propels success through operational optimization and the delivery of top-tier customer care solutions.

Bonnie Radintz

Vice President of Customer Success

Bonnie leads AvaSure’s Customer Success division, bringing over 25 years of healthcare experience along with extensive leadership expertise. With a deep background in health technology and go-to-market strategy, she has driven success across a broad range of solutions, from SaaS platforms to healthcare data interoperability. Bonnie is passionate about building strong collaborative relationships, and developing future leaders, while advancing innovative healthcare solutions that solve complex challenges, safeguard patients, and empower caregivers.

Greg Heller

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Greg Heller works closely with AvaSure’s executive team to drive growth and provide scalable infrastructure. Greg has worked in finance for several decades, most recently serving as CFO of Motus, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo and Premira. Prior to Motus, he spent 6 years at Modernizing Medicine as VP of Finance and VP of Corporate Development.

Gay Landstrom

PhD, RN, NEA-BC, FAONL, FACHE, FAAN SVP & Chief Nursing Officer, Trinity Health

Gay Landstrom, Ph.D., is a leader in advancing people-centered healthcare, championing top-quality, harm-free patient experiences. Formerly CNO for Trinity Health, she played a crucial role in the merger with Catholic Health East and served as CNO for the West/Midwest Division. With extensive experience, including roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health System and Ascension, Landstrom actively contributes to research and serves on boards like EBSCO CINAHL Dynamic Health's Executive Board and AvaSure Nursing Advisory Board.

Sylvain Trepainer

DNP, RN, CENP, FAONL, FAAN SVP & System Chief Nursing Officer, Providence

Syl Trepanier currently serves as SVP and System Chief Nursing Officer at Providence, assuming a crucial role in advocating for nurses and advanced practitioners at the senior executive level across Providence's seven-state footprint. He is a fellow of both the American Academy of Nursing and the American Organization of Nursing Leadership, holding a certification in executive nursing leadership. Syl's early focus includes advancing Providence's Nursing Institute and Clinical Academy to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline of specialized nurses, nurse practitioners, and clinicians.

Robyn Begley

DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN CEO, AONL

Robyn Begley currently serves as the CEO of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) and the Chief Nursing Officer at the American Hospital Association (AHA). She oversees key initiatives in workforce, quality, safety, and future care delivery models. With a 35-year tenure at AtlantiCare, she achieved Magnet designation four times and promoted diversity in the nursing workforce through various programs. Holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, a master's degree, and a bachelor's degree, Begley serves on multiple boards, including AONL and the AONL Foundation. She is a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing and is board-certified as an advanced nurse executive.

D’Andre Carpenter

DNP, RN, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Chief Nurse Executive, Allina Health

De’Andre Carpenter currently serves as senior vice president and Enterprise Chief nurse executive at Allina Health, where he is focused on developing strategies to improve retention rates and patient satisfaction. De’Andre has held leadership positions at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas, and the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond, Virginia.He also served as senior vice president and chief system nursing officer for UnityPoint Health in Iowa.

Pam Rudisill

Vice President of Nursing Excellence at ECU Health

Pam Rudisill, Senior VP and Chief Nursing Officer since 2014, leads the development of clinical best practices, supports nursing executives, and oversees regulatory compliance for the organization. Past president of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Rudisill is also an inductee into the American Academy of Nursing.

Tamera Dunseth-Rosenbaum

DNP, RN, NE-BC CNO UCHealth

Tamera Dunseth Rosenbaum, DNP, RN, NE-BC, is the interim Chief Nursing Executive for UCHealth, overseeing 10,000 nurses and driving high-quality patient care. As the Chief Nursing Officer for several UCHealth hospitals, she led Memorial Hospital to its first Magnet Recognition in 2023. Committed to innovative care models, Tamera’s top priority is advancing Colorado's healthcare workforce.

Patrick Patton

DNP, MSN, RN CNO, Swedish Medical Center

Pat Patton, DNP, MSN, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer at Swedish Medical Center. Dr. Patton is focused on creating platforms for direct communication with nurses, implementing effective retention strategies, training the next generation of nurses, and making strategic hires in a competitive market. Dr. Patton previously served as System Chief Nurse Executive at UCSF Medical Center as well as the Chief Nursing Officer at the University of California Irvine Health, achieving their 4th Magnet Designation under his leadership.

Lorie Rhine

Lorie Rhine is the CNO at UNC Health Rex overseeing a team of 3,000 compassionate and dedicated nurses across Wake County. She has an extensive background in quality and performance improvement and is a board-certified nurse executive. Rhine previously served as CNO of Summa Health System in Ohio. Prior to joining Summa Health, Lorie served several executive roles at Forum Health and Valley Care Health Systems, including the Executive CNO for five years.

Melissa Fitzpatrick

Melissa Fitzpatrick is president of Kirby Bates Associates, which specializes in healthcare and nurse executive search, interim leadership, and executive advisory services. Kathy Howell

Kathy Howell is currently a Chief Nurse Executive Consultant and most recently served as the Chief Nursing Executive for UCHealth. Leading clinical integration and nursing practice advancement since joining in January 2018, Kathy was also the Chief Nursing Officer for the University of Colorado Hospital (UCH), the academic hub of UCHealth. With a significant healthcare executive background, she previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive for Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City, MO, overseeing clinical integration strategy and nursing practice across the 10-hospital system.

Claire M. Zangerle is a principal consultant at CMZ Strategies, focused on nursing organizations and the interdependencies of functional disciplines. She previously served as experienced nurse executive at Allegheny Health Network, The Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio, and the Cleveland Clinic. She serves on the Board of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (Region 2 - PA, NY, NJ) where she co-chairs both the Workforce Committee and the FAONL Selection Committee. Regina Foley

PhD, MBA, RN, Executive Vice President, Chief Nurse Executive, and Chief Transformation & Integration Officer at Hackensack Meridian Health

Dr. Regina M. Foley is the Executive Vice President, Chief Nurse Executive, and Chief Transformation & Integration Officer at Hackensack Meridian Health. With over 30 years of service, she has led multiple hospitals to achieve top ratings and established New Jersey’s first satellite Emergency Department. Dr. Foley guided HMH through financial recovery and the COVID-19 vaccination program. She serves on the boards of the New Jersey Hospital Association and Georgian Court University and has been recognized with numerous awards, including Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Women in Leadership.
